SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) apply to all purchases of premium memberships, one-time program unlocks, and any recurring subscription plans (“Subscriptions”) offered through the Workout Buddies mobile app and website operated by DenHeen LLC d/b/a Workout Buddies (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or using a Subscription, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
Subscription Options
Workout Buddies offers two types of paid access:
Premium Memberships: recurring, auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock all premium workouts, programs, and features.
One-Time Program Unlocks: single, non-renewing purchases that permanently unlock a specific program (e.g., PowerBurn).
Billing and Payment
All payments are processed securely by Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID.
We do not collect or store credit-card data.
Taxes may be added where required by law.
Auto-Renewal
Premium memberships automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the renewal date at the rate shown at purchase.
You can view, manage, or cancel your Subscription any time in:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
Only one free-trial period is available per Apple ID unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
All refunds are handled directly by Apple Support under their standard App Store policy.
Workout Buddies cannot issue refunds or adjustments for purchases made through Apple.
Pricing and Changes
We may adjust pricing or offer new plans from time to time.
If pricing changes, Apple will notify you before renewal, and you may cancel prior to the next billing cycle to avoid the new rate.
Account Deletion and Data
Canceling a Subscription does not automatically delete your account.
To request full account deletion and data removal, email support@workoutbuddiesapp.com.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.
